I installed the Banks Cat-Back Exhaust on my 2006 Wrangler Unlimited (LJ) with no issues. The instructions were clear to follow, and I spent some time watching videos on line of others installing cat-back exhausts on their TJs and LJs. I recommend dropping the skid plate (support the transmission beforehand) instead of trying to reach the bolts on the catalytic converter. The skid plate may seem like extra steps, but it will cut your time in half. Anyone can install this exhaust with minimum tools. Sound? Amazing! The Banks exhaust makes the 4.0L purr like a kitten. Its not overly loud inside the passenger compartment or interferes with conversations. From outside the jeep, the exhaust has the perfect tone giving the inline 6 and beefier sound. I ... I immediately notice a gain in throttle response and the LJ felt peppier all around. I highly recommend this product. Its clean, low profile, easy to install, and sounds excellent.
