Our heavy gauge polycarbonate overlaminates are coated with a solvent-based adhesive on one side. Its high performance adhesive improves the product’s resistance to tunneling, crazing and stress whitening when graphics are rolled (outwardly on 10 inch core). Its heavier adhesive coating weight allows for better adhesive wet out resulting in blemish-free laminations. The unique adhesive formulation resists, yellowing, moisture and other adverse conditions. The velvet finish of these polycarbonate films allows for glare-free viewing and provides abrasion and moisture protection for expensive tradeshow graphics, photographic prints and POP transparencies and graphics. Polycarbonate overlaminates also protect prints from the degrading effects of UV light, thereby extending the service life of photographs and digital prints.
